Meet the instructor
Since 2016, I’ve been privileged to teach new and existing yoga teachers through 200-Hr and 300-Hr Yoga Teacher Training Programs. My online school supplements those programs, while giving anyone the opportunity to learn the Ki Yoga methodology without attending a full program.
My goal is to assist yoga instructors through trainings that help ground their methods in science, link the energetic with the material and raise their consciousness through practice and ancient yoga philosophy.
What Students Are Saying...
Very informative + ready to use information! Important information to learn before offering assists to your students in class. Wish I had taken this course sooner!
This is exactly the knowledge I need to offer therapeutic touch in a safe, anatomically-based way that allows for my students to have a fuller experience within their own bodies within the classroom or private session. I cannot find. program that provides all of the pillars that Ki teaches when introducing Myofascial Guidance, and all of it is gold. She provides "meat and potatoes" adjustments, as well as techniques I have never seen to really provide your students/private clients with an intentional therapeutic yoga experience. I cannot wait to use these assists more in the future, but the feedback I've received is "more please!" Thank you, Ki!
